    For larger catering kitchens looking to quickly and hygienically chill or freeze foods, the Sincold EVOX SQX10FT blast chiller can hold up to 10 standard GN1/1 gastronorm trays. The larger capacity and wide range of automated settings give this blast chiller the versatility needed to keep up in busy catering settings. Whether it’s raw fish sanitation, chilling denser food like meats or freezing ice cream, the intuitive digital control gives you complete command. With the core probe included as standard and an automated insertion check, the EVOX SQX10FT easy to set up and go.
